We live in a new era.
Many of us live in stress, a sense of unfulfillment,
Lack of motivation or existential purpose, low self-confidence, and intrusive thoughts.
Dealing with anxiety, depression, giving up on relationships, careers, or failing to free themselves from oppressive past experiences.

One of the most prominent parameters of this phenomenon is the fact that at the click of a button, everything can be adapted to our personal needs:

From the level of exposure of a post on social media, buying clothes, ordering food, TV shows, music, and even love.

Another important anecdote is that in the last 3 years, all of our lives have changed.
Dealing with the coronavirus has created social distancing, loneliness, fear, uncertainty, and helplessness.
And economic challenges are not easy.
Our lives needed a
rethink .
There is no person who has not found themselves at the edge during this period.

Much of what we knew in our world and what served as our support and security has collapsed.

The goal of my unique training program is, first and foremost, to allow the trainee to take control of their life.
The basis of the process lies in
understanding and accepting our unique personality structure,
Consisting of
a system of beliefs, perceptions, values, thoughts, habits, and emotions;
Which are largely based on the way we interpreted past experiences and stories.


Together we will design a new system of thinking;
A benevolent thinking system .

We will redefine
dreams, goals and objectives for growth and development,

And we will work with a new set of rules that will help us reach our goals.
We will acquire practical tools for dealing with changing situations;
We will strengthen self-worth and enable the horizon and building of a goal-oriented future and the management of beneficial relationships .

A little about me

I'm Dana, 47 years old. Mother of the charming 15-year-old Idan.
Big sister to 5 beloved brothers and sisters.
For 24 years I have accompanied and worked with young people and adults.
Guides, listens, directs, loves, hugs and helps in various struggles.
The techniques I developed and the successes along the way,
resulted in me receiving many inquiries from people

This was the stage when I realized it was time to turn my talent,
The love for people and the desire to be of help; for a full-time career .

For the past 12 years, I have been coaching personal development and assimilating 'good thinking' habits.
I am a coach, mentor, personal and business coach.

My life - redesign

One of the causes of sadness and frustration is the feeling that others have it easier than us.
The feeling that we are supposed to be better, earn more money and be calmer people.
The pictures and videos on Instagram and Facebook imply that others are enjoying a happy and carefree life.
The truth is that we are all in the same boat - parents, children, teachers, managers, caregivers...
We all experience suffering from time to time.
We are all trying to take a deep breath and wait for the storm to pass.
What keeps us afloat in times of crisis is hope.
Just as there are many reasons for concern,
There are also many reasons for optimism - this complex perception of reality allows for peace of mind.
It is okay and even recommended that the mind moves in waves - for moments sadness and sometimes hope and anticipation,
Sometimes frustration and sometimes satisfaction.
As long as the balance is maintained - our situation is good.

When we consider which decisions we should focus on,
It is important that we turn our awareness to the accumulated baggage that we want to release.
What positions have we filled throughout the year(s) that no longer serve us?
What cargoes do we carry and want to leave behind?

There is a story of a hiker who meets a man at the foot of a mountain. A man has a wooden raft tied to his back.
The traveler asks him why he is carrying a heavy raft on his back since there were no rivers or lakes on that mountain.
The man replied that the raft had saved his life once when he was a child and was swept out to sea.
The raft represents for us all the beliefs and skills that have served us at some point in our lives;
And over the years they have become a burden that we carry on our backs.
It takes courage to leave old and familiar stories from our lives behind;
Especially when we're not sure what might replace them.

As soon as we understand that every change is beyond a way of life whose potential is to make us better;
Change stops being so scary.
When we release our "visibility" and release the mask we have put on ourselves;
We will be able to truly understand who the person is behind the eyes that look at us from the mirror.
May we live in peace, love and hope.

A comprehensive escort process

The training program is built on 4-6 monthly trainings,
The meeting lasts about an hour.
for a minimum period of 6 months.
After this period you can choose to continue the process for another period.
At the beginning of the process in order to generate momentum for action,
There will be an introductory meeting in which you will give initial guidance,
Setting goals and aligning expectations from the process.
